The development of the basic data and data pre-processing tool for pollution source inventory model is completed on the basis of 2012 national population data, national administrative divisions, and 30m high resolution land use data. It creates a spatial mapping file with arbitrary projection and resolution mesh (SMOKE surrogate file), and as a result, it fills a vacancy in uniform spatial mapping file in domestic research on emission inventory.
